●研究方向
主要从事植物响应逆境胁迫的生理与分子机制研究,主要挖掘和克隆影响植物应答重金属胁迫基因及其功能分析。我们以茄科植物为研究对象,利用甲基化敏感多态性技术(methylation-sensitive amplification polymorphism,MSAP))分离调控植物应答环境胁迫的关键基因,通过病毒诱导的基因沉默技术(Virus induced gene silencing, VIGS)快速鉴定目的基因的功能,为当地农业生产和环境保护提供指导和帮助。
